This healthy delicious salad is full of vitamins and Beta-carotene!

Combine the orange juice and lemon juice with the zest, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Whisk in the Argan oil until everything is well combined. Set aside.

Combine the grated carrots and the dried raisins in a mixing bowl. 

Pour the citrus cinnamon dressing over the grated carrot and raisins mixture and mix until the carrots are well coated with the dressing. Serve immediately!
