Grind the toasted almonds in a food processor until finely grounded and become of a creamy paste.
Gradually add the Argan oil to the almond paste, continually mixing until you get a smooth consistency. Add the honey and salt and mix all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth.
Transfer your Amlou to a mason jar and store it in a cool, dry place. Use on toasts for breakfast or add to chopped bananas for a simple healthy dessert.
