What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via Swisspost services. Your package is delivered 2-5 days after you place your order if you are within the EU.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using international shipping services.

How do I proceed to return an item?

Please feel free to send us any inquiries or issues by email at info@rboganics.ch. Your happiness is our main priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to address that. Please check our Delivery + Returns policy.

I am a wholesaler, and I want to place an order?

Please, email us, and we will be glad to provide you with all our wholesale information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Our customers are eager to receive their orders quickly, and we proud ourselves in processing orders rapidly. However, if you want to change your order, write to us quickly, and we will be happy to assist you. Please check our Return and Exchange policy.

Products

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. We are a completely cruelty-free company. We care deeply for our planet and its inhabitants. We are proud to be Ecocert certified.

Are your products organic?

Definitely. All of our goods Ecocert certified.

Why is the black glass container necessary?

Oils need to be protected from sunlight, as the exposure to UV lights accelerates the oxidation and deterioration process. This also means that you need to store your RB ORGANICS care away from sunlight, preferably in a cabinet.

Why not plastic?

We don’t want nasty residues in our products. Chemicals can leach out of plastics and into the content of the bottle. It is certainly not something you would like to experience! We care deeply about the future of our planet and its inhabitants.

Will my products last forever?

Unfortunately, not. To keep the integrity of your RB ORGANICS care product, please store it in a cabinet away from direct sunlight. Do not hold your bottle in extremely hot or cold areas. If you use your products on most days of the week, they should last about 2 to 3 months. We recommend using them within 6 months of opening to get the most benefit from the oils.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan.
