SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via Swisspost services only within Europe and the UK. Your package is delivered 2-5 days after you place your order.

We strive to ship your products as soon as possible after the receipt of your order. We cannot completely exclude seasonal delays resulting from large orders, even with the greatest efforts.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Please feel free to send us any inquiries or issues by email at info@rboganics.ch. Your happiness is our main priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to address that.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

We process orders placed on rborganics.ch Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email if you want to verify the status of your order. Please email us at "info@rborganics.ch" if you have any questions about your order and we would be pleased to help you.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change an order you have already placed, please notify us as quickly as you can at "info@rborganics.ch" with Subject: "Can I Change My Order?". We will always do our best to accommodate your needs as nicely and efficiently as possible. 

REPORTING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

Please get in touch with us at "info@rborganics.ch" with the Subject: "Problem with My Order" if your order is missing a product, includes a damaged item or encounters any other issue. Please mention your order confirmation ID in the email to speed up your request or have it within reach when calling. We will put all our efforts to respond as rapidly and effectively as possible to your issues.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You can return your unopened product up to 90 days after your purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please send us an email at "info@rborganics.ch" with "Problem with My Product" in the heading if you are not pleased with your purchase. To speed-up our ability to evaluate the issue, please include your order confirmation ID in the mail or have your order confirmation number available when you call. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs as smoothly and efficiently as we can. Please complete and attach this form to your email.

We regret that we can't help you with issues you may experience with products bought from approved distributors of RB ORGANICS. For these specific return & exchange policies, please refer to the authorised distributor you purchased our products from.

RETURNS POLICY FOR UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Please, do not return products to us without contacting our Customer Service at "info@rborganics.ch" first. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It has to be in its initial packaging.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we receive your returned item and run it for a check, we will notify you of the process by email. We will also let you know if we approve a reject your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically transferred to your credit card or initial payment method within 20-30 working days.

Please note that only regular priced products can be reimbursed, unlike sales items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you are still waiting on your refund, please check your bank account first or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is formally published or processed. If your refund is still not received within 30 days please email us at "info@rborganics.ch" with "Missing Refund" in the email heading and we would be glad to look into it.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS/EXHANGES BACK TO RB ORGANICS

To return your product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the global amount.

We suggest if you are shipping a package of items over 75,-CHF, to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at "info@rborganics.ch" with "Problem with My Order" in the heading. To expedite the process, please write your order confirmation number in the body of the email. Do not ship items for exchange without emailing us first.
