Some people might think that a raw food diet is equal to a vegan diet in the sense that a person on a raw diet eats nothing but fruits and vegetables. While there is a little truth to it, the main principle of going raw is to ban cooking your food to protect heat-sensitive nutritional components and benefit from all the nutrients your food has to offer.

In reality, the Raw Food Diet has much more to it than just eating carrots, lettuce salads, or apples. To introduce you to this amazing lifestyle that can and WILL enhance your overall health, here is a meal plan with 3 EASY-TO-MAKE RAW RECIPES for a meal you will love :

Put all the ingredients in a blender, except hot water. Poor a small cup of water and mix until the mixture is smooth.
Then add the hot water in small quantity until you reach your optimal soup consistency.

Serve immediately!

MAIN DISH: RAW SPAGHETTI WITH TOMATO-PEANUT SAUCE

Cut the zucchini into spaghetti zoodles. There are devices for this, but you can also make strips with a peeler, or even grate the zucchini.

For the tomato-peanut sauce, put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Then place the sauce on the zoodles. Add the vegan cheese on top (optional) and enjoy your raw spaghetti Aldente and Delizioso!

If you prefer the more consistent texture, you can also cut the dried-tomatoes into small pieces, cut the pepper into small cubes and make a sauce with water, tamari sauce, peanut puree and add thyme and salt.  Mix with the vegetables, add the sauce and pour over the zoodles.

DESSERT: RAW DAIRY-FREE CHOCOLATE CREAM

RAW DAIRY-FREE CHOCOLATE CREAM

In a blender, put the ingredients in this order:

First, add the soaked dates and a pinch of vanilla powder.

Add the cocoa, the avocado in pieces, the maple syrup and the water so that the
cocoa gets stuck between the ingredients and you avoid causing a cloud of cocoa when you mix it all.

Blend until the texture is smooth. And there you go, in about three minutes you made the most incredible raw dairy-free chocolate cream!

Serve in pretty cups, garnish with a little grated coconut and/or slices of
bananas and enjoy your dessert!
