MOROCCAN BEETROOT SALAD

This salad is what your liver needs for an extra detoxification Boost!

Boil the beetroots in hot water for about 45 mins until tender. You should be able to pierce them easily with a fork. Remove the skin, cut them in cubes and allow them to cool completely. Set aside.

In a small bowl combine orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, cumin and salt. Stir well and set aside.

In a large salad bowl add in beets, the sliced onion, fresh mint, fresh cilantro and the orange dressing. Mix together until everything is well combined. Top with more fresh herbs and serve. Bon appétit!
